How it Works: A member-approved, private community that unlocks on-demand courses made available as you level up. You level up simply and quickly by posting OR commenting on posts in the community. Video product demos, onboarding, regular updates, and one-time purchases (e.g. a consulting session) are accessible through an online classroom & calendar.

- TIER 2: Pro (Paid) Membership to the AI Leaders Forum
Focus: Accountability for Career & Company Building via Pro Certifications, Group-led Calls, and AI Leader Forums (Mastermind-like groups)

How it Works: A monthly or annual paid subscription provides access to bi-weekly AI Advisory Calls and/or AI Leader Forums, which include a mutual mentorship format similar to masterminds with up to 5 people.

Community engagement is limited since the focus is face-to-face interaction. Access to courses is unlimited, with no "leveling up" required. Pro certifications (AI Strategy Certified credential) are earned by completing a practicum and achieving at least 80% on the exam.

Assume workshops may range from two hours to two days, in-person or remote. Speaking engagements may include moderator, panel, individual, and keynote participation.

Consulting engagements typically include AI-assisted audits, and one-on-one sessions with a clearly defined outcome. AI implementation assistance is provided through "done-with-you" and "done-for-you" models that may includes AIMF-approved partners and affiliates.
